LIRS TASTING EXPERIENCE
Lir offers tasting menu experiences brought to you over a series of courses. Upon arrival, guests have the option to sit on our terraced area with a drink and watch the stunning views across the Bann, then when suits, they are taken to their table inside the restaurant to begin a three hour performance sampling the incredible produce native to our land and sea.
There is only one sitting per evening in the restaurant meaning that you will have Lir for the entire evening. Menus constantly change depending on the catch brought in from the boats that morning, the produce from the organics farm and foraged goods. For beverages, there are optional non alcoholic juice, cocktails or wine pairings and our extensive wine or drinks list which focuses as much as possible on showcasing Irish craft beers and spirits.
LIRS A LA CARTE MENU
Up until opening Lir, our menus at The Pod and The Pool, have mostly offered street food inspired seafood or classic Irish fish dishes with a swerve. This is something we are extremely passionate about and love this style of food which is slightly more casual and lots of fun! Lirs A La Carte menu can be booked on our website or by phone. The menu changes daily depending on what's available from the boats, growers and foraged goods.
